The Sealing Plier NZT-1P is a versatile plier to use with both plastic- and lead seals. These pliers are available in two sizes. The most commonly used variant is the “small” pliers, with dies with a diameter of 10 mm. The “medium” pliers have a larger lever and larger 12 mm dies. It is possible to engrave the dies with text or a logo. With an engraving in the sealing pliers, the little (plastic) seals are provided with an imprint in the lead when squeezed. This creates a unique seal.

Traditional sealing with seal lead and seal wire

Sealing with lead seals and sealing wire is a traditional way of sealing. With this method, sealing pliers are an indispensable tool. The Sealing Pliers NZT-1P are specially designed to pinch lead seals. Squeezing a seal ensures that the seal wire can no longer be moved. As a result, the seal is permanently closed.

Available with 10 mm (Small) and 12 mm die (Medium)

The Sealing Plier NZT-1P is available in two sizes. The small version is the most compact version with a total length of 135 mm. This makes the sealing pliers easy to take with you in, for example, a toolbox or a trouser pocket. These sealing pliers have a die diameter of 10 mm.

The medium version has a total length of 175 mm. Thanks to this extra length, less force is required to squeeze the seal leads shut. The die diameter of this variant is 12 mm. This also leaves more room for a possible unique engraving .

Suitable for both plastic and lead seals

The Navacqs sealing pliers are suitable for squeezing different types of seal leads. For example, the plastic seal leads from Navacqs can easily be closed. The lead seals have a diameter of 9 mm and can be squeezed by both the small sealing pliers and the large sealing pliers. In comparison, it takes a little more force to squeeze the plastic seals shut. The traditional lead seal leads from Navacqs can easily be closed with the NZT-1P. These traditional weights require less force when squeezing.

Suitable for sealing meters and technical installations

Especially for sealing gas, water and electricity meters, traditional lead seals and seal wire are often applied. Not only is this way of sealing very reliable, but it is also very flexible. The thin sealing wire fits through the tightest openings. The length can also be cut as desired. The NZT-1P is a required tool to close the seal.

Make the pliers extra unique by engraving the die

Both pliers are supplied with blank dies as standard. In the dies of the seal tongs NZT-1P, both text and a logo can be engraved. A combination of these is also possible. The sealing pliers are provided with two dies: a bottom and a top die. The engraving is used in the plastic seal leads orlead seals pressed during sealing. This creates a unique seal. This is because lead seals are not provided with a unique characteristic such as the Twist Seal.

The engraving is applied as a mirror image in the die. After squeezing the seal, the image eventually comes into the correct position in the seal.
